SHIPPING & DUTIES:

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We are currently offering free worldwide shipping on all orders.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Delivery duties are included in the item price when shipping to all EU countries plus USA, Canada, China, Australia, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic Of Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, Qatar, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, U.A.E., Japan. This means all import duties are included in your order. The price you see is the price you pay.

Delivery duties are not included in the item price when shipping to all other countries. This means you may be liable to pay import duties on receipt of your order.

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are and whether the item is stocked or non-stocked.

For stocked items, orders to EU, USA & Rest of World will take 2-4 business days to arrive. For non-stocked items, orders to EU, USA & Rest of World will take 7-10 business days to arrive. 

Delivery tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use DHL Express service to ensure the fastest worldwide delivery times.

Do you source fur ethically?
Yes. Integrity lies at the heart of everything we do. As a small family team, we are involved in every step of product development, rooted in the responsible sourcing of our furs. We work exclusively with Origin Assured pelts from Saga Furs and Kopenhagen Furs to maintain the highest ethical standards.

What is your quality like?
We take huge pride in the desirability and enduring quality of each and every fur we make. Created with only the highest quality, Origin Assured pelts, and coloured using natural dyes, each piece is handcrafted and lined in fine silks. We use the finest fur labels in the market such as Royal from SAGA and Platinum from Kopenhagen Fur to ensure the best fur consistency in terms of beauty, softness & durability.

What is your sizing like?
Most of our styles tend to run true to size. However, fit varies significantly from style to style. If you have any questions regarding sizing for a particular style, please get in touch with us and we'll gladly assist. We can offer quick advice over chat or a more accurate recommendation based on your measurements.

Can I make a custom/special order?
In most cases, we can offer custom orders and/or personalisation options. Please get in contact with us to discuss your requirements and we'll be happy to assist.


RETURNS:

Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

We offer 14 days from delivery to return your order. You can start your return online or just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. For more details, please view our returns page.

Who pays for return shipping?
We do. Returns are currently free on all orders. Simply use the return labels provided with your order to return your item(s) back to us.

How long does it take to get my refund?
We aim to process refunds on the same day of receiving your return. However, due to payment provider processes, please note it may take up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your statement.

Can I come visit you?
Unfortunately we cannot accept visitors as we work directly from our faxctory and warehouse. Our relentless focus on costs allow us to pass on the saving to you - which is why you'll only find us online.
